Terms

What you agree to when you use Season. Short sentences, no surprises.

What Season is

Season is a web app that plans Instagram posts for your business, draws them in your style and publishes them on your Instagram account on a schedule. Every Saturday you get a preview of the coming week. You can skip or change any post before it goes live. These terms apply to the site, the app and the emails we send you. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Your account

  • You log in with a code sent to your email, or with Google or Apple when we offer them. There is no password to remember, so keep your email account safe.
  • One account per person. You are responsible for what happens in it.
  • You need to be at least 18 and able to sign a contract on behalf of your business.
  • Keep your email address up to date: it is where your Saturday preview and billing emails go.

Your Instagram connection

Season publishes through Instagram’s official connection, and only on professional accounts (Business or Creator). You log in on Instagram’s own screen. Season never sees your password. Season asks only for permission to read your profile and posts, publish posts and read post stats. It never reads or sends messages, likes, follows or comments.

  • You can remove Season’s access anytime, in Instagram or from your Season settings. Posting stops right away and nothing else changes.
  • If the connection drops (new password, access removed), posting pauses until you reconnect. Nothing is lost.
  • You agree to follow Instagram’s terms and Meta’s platform policies for what you publish. Season is not affiliated with Meta. Instagram is a trademark of Meta.

Your posts and your brand

  • Your photos, your words and your brand stay yours. You give Season permission to use them to make and publish your posts, and for nothing else.
  • The visuals Season draws for you are yours. You can download them at any time, and they stay downloadable if you cancel.
  • Posts are written and drawn with the help of AI from what you give us and what is public about your business. Mistakes happen: a date, a price, a claim. Check your Saturday preview. What goes live is your responsibility.
  • A post that is already live can’t be edited by Season. Everything before that can change.
  • Don’t use Season to publish anything illegal, misleading or that you don’t have the rights to.

Plans, free trial and billing

  • Solo: $99 per 3-month season, or $39 a month. Studio: $25 per brand per month, 3 brands minimum.
  • Both plans start with a 7-day free trial. A card is required. You pay $0 today, and the first charge happens when the trial ends, unless you cancel before. We email you 2 days before.
  • Plans renew on their own: every 3 months for a season, every month for monthly and Studio. The date is shown in your billing settings and on every invoice.
  • You can cancel in one click from your settings. Your posts keep going until the end of the period you paid for, then Season stops posting. We don’t refund a started period, except where the law says otherwise.
  • You can pause your season for a month, with no charge for that month.
  • Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are. If a price changes, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. Season doesn’t store your card number.

AI credits

  • The AI chat uses credits: an edit is 1 credit, a new idea for a post is 2, and going back to the old version is free. If an edit fails or changes nothing, its credit comes back. The posts of your season never use credits.
  • Each plan includes credits: 30 a month on Monthly, 100 every 3 months on the Season plan, 20 per brand each month on Studio, and 10 during the free trial. Included credits don’t carry over to the next period. They refill once the new period is paid, and not while your plan is paused.
  • You can buy more: 50 credits for $9, paid once. Bought credits are used after the included ones and never expire while your account is open. They can’t be exchanged for money or moved to another account, and they end when you delete your account.
  • A pack you haven’t used any of is refunded on request within 30 days of buying it: write to us. A pack you started using isn’t refunded, except where the law says otherwise.
  • If we change what credits cost or how many come with a plan, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you.

Studio

Studio is for freelancers and agencies running several brands. You confirm that each client has agreed to let you plan and publish their Instagram with Season, and that they connect their own account through the link you send them. Approval links are personal to each client: don’t share them publicly.

Stopping, on your side or ours

  • You can delete your account anytime from your settings. See the Privacy page for what gets deleted and what we keep.
  • We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, Instagram’s rules or the law, after telling you why, unless the law prevents it.
  • Instagram’s connection can change or be interrupted by Meta. If that affects your season, we tell you, and your visuals stay downloadable.

What we promise, and what we don’t

We do our best to keep Season running and to publish on time, and we tell you quickly when something goes wrong. Season is provided as is: we can’t promise a given result on Instagram, a number of followers, or that every post will be perfect. Our responsibility toward you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the problem, except where the law doesn’t allow that limit.

Changes to these terms

If we change something that matters, we email you at least 14 days before it applies. If you keep using Season after that, the new terms apply. If you don’t agree, cancel before the date and nothing more is charged.

Who we are

Season is operated by Merios Life LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. “We” and “us” in these terms mean Merios Life LLC. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Questions about them: hello@seasonfeed.com.
